To make an impact on the education and leadership of Hispanic students and professionals in Kansas by:
- Encouraging education through endowments and scholarships;
- Assisting Hispanic professionals in hands-on leadership experiences in order to prepare them to accept future community leadership roles;
- Assisting business organizations in the recruitment, leadership development and promotion of Hispanic professionals.
